They mentioned in a Q&A one time that they had found the kink meme, and started reading things, and shared it around. Apparently they treated it like an "endurance" thing and Taliesin was the one who "read the longest." They said it was kinda weird, but they were quick to be clear that they didn't want to make any writers upset, they just meant it personally felt odd reading about themselves and their friends. Which, yeah, that would feel kinda weird.

Basically, they seem like most creators/actors who grew up in fandom spaces and among fans, they get that stuff happens, and they'll either go looking for it or not. People shouldn't be tweeting RPF to them of course, that's rude, but like, they're not exactly ignorant of these things. It's not like the days of old when the mere existence of fanfics would ~shock~ and ~horrify~ and ~confuse~ actors.

Also I'm not so sure they avoid NSFW fanart from moral reasons or something. They don't put that in the weekly art roundup, but some have liked NSFW art in the past on personal accounts. I think it's just a censorship issue, they can't put naked stuff on youtube videos or Twitch, they can't show genitalia in the videos. Sam recently made an image of Scanlan his twitter banner that was art of Scanlan completely naked, with a pink cube over his naughty bits. They ... know there's suggestive art out there.

Just be polite, don't link them to fanfics, don't link to art without artist permission. But they know this stuff is out there, they're well versed in fandom and fandom practices.

That would be the one. I was sitting over to stage right minding people's bags and Tuk was right in the middle, so the attention was on her and not on my face doing the oh gods why did she ask that why are they answering HOW DID THEY FIND IT 'OFF GUARD' WHO FINDS A KINK MEME BY ACCIDENT???
