This community is open to all fans of Critical Role no matter what your preference for pairing may be. You do not have to join the community: you can either watch it or just track the post. Anon commenting will always be on, and IP tracking will be off. So feel free to stay anon if it makes you more comfortable.
What is a Kink Meme?
It's pretty simple. You post a prompt and your fellow fans get inspired and write fic based on that prompt. As it is a "kink" meme, a great deal of fic will be of the smutty variety, so if you aren't into that or not of a porn-reading age, this place won't be for you. Not all fic has to be smutty, but it does have to be kinky.
Clarification: This is a kink meme, therefore prompts must be kink-based. It is not a general prompting/headcanons meme. There have been a couple of people confused by that, so we're just making it extra clear.
Please only post one prompt per comment so to avoid any confusion.
How do I prompt?
Post each prompt as a new comment to the main post. Include pairing (or threesome or more if that's your thing) and anything else you want to add. You should put, at the very least, the pairing in the subject line along with a specific kink if it applies. You can put the whole prompt in the subject if it will fit, but if it doesn't, use the comments. For example:
Subject line: Beauregard/Jester, friends to lovers
Body of comment: Jester's been letting Beau use her for sparring practice. That kind of proximity does things to a tiefling.
I see a prompt I want to write! What now?
Go for it! You don't have to claim it, and fills can be written by more than one person. Once you've finished you must post it as a response to the original comment. Responses should use a subject line that includes the pairing, rating & any necessary warnings (i.e. incest, non-con, etc.). If you have titled your fic you can also include that. Also, as LJ limits the size of comments, if your fic goes into multiple comments, please note that your comment is part 1/5, part 2/5 and so on. Using the prompt above, the subject line could read:
"Punches and Pastries, Jester/Beauregard, M, 1/3"
And now some rules...

"...Are you sure about this?" Essek asked softly as he faced all his...friends? Should he call them that? Or lovers now with what they were asking?
"We talked it over a lot" Caduceus hummed as the others nodded "Of course there are some who might...prefer to stay to themselves, but we would be happy to have you, if you're willing."
"I...will have to think on this...it is a lot to consider..." Essek murmured, his cheeks darkening as he thought about what this could mean, both emotionally and...physically. It had been a LONG time since he'd even considered taking any sort of intimate partner at all, much less a group that he actually cared about wholly already. At least he knew with them he wouldn't be at risk of them using this all against him.
"Yeah, we get that man" Beau drawled "Take your time or whatever...I mean I'm not gonna be doing shit with you anyway, but y'know. Get comfortable and shit."
Essek couldn't help chuckling a bit at that and nodding...he found her blunt nature putting him at ease, at least on this occasion. "Thank you...I will give you my answer...soon."

Essek ended up thinking on it for only a matter of days before he made his decision, but it was a few weeks before he was able to tell them, as the Nein were called away on a mission rather suddenly. He was waiting eagerly for their return, but still startled a bit when he heard Jester's voice from inside his own head. He wondered how he still wasn't used to it after all this time.
"Hey Essek! Soooo we did super goooooood and we really missed you and we can't wait to see you, you know? Anyway we're gonna be--" Essek blinked at the cut off and was about to respond when she continued with a second spell "Sooorry I got cut off cuz of the stupid word limit. So anyway, like I was saying, we're gonna be coming back...to...Rosohna...tomorrow."
Essek smiled softly...he could hear where her train of thought slowed down as she had to think about her word choices so she could FINISH. He thought on his own answer a moment before responding "I look forward to seeing you all. I would like to come over to speak with you all when you arrive, if possible."
Jester's response was almost immediate then "Of course Essek! We would loooove to have you! Are you gonna stay for dinner again? We'll plan for it anyway and...see you then!"

Essek was waiting for them at their home the next day with a bottle of wine and a box of local specialty dessert items. Single serving items or slices. He thought they-Jester mostly, but the rest as well-would appreciate the variety.
He glanced up when he heard the clamor of their bickering coming down the road, staying inside the gates but giving a little wave and smile when they came in. "It is good to see you all again. I am glad you returned safely."
"I told you we did it already" Jester giggled "We're, like, super strong y'kn-are those pastries?!" She rushed over, startling Essek but thankfully he managed to avoid dropping anything "Ah...yes and no...they're all desserts, local items. I thought you would like to try them...I did my research this time, so they would be better than that breakfast..." He knew he was rambling a bit but he couldn't help feeling at least slightly nervous, even as the others gave their greetings as well and pretty much herded him inside with them.
"I should get dinner started then" Caduceus mused as he put began to remove his armor and set it aside to clean later.
"Ah...before you do..." Essek blushed when they all suddenly looked at him "I...wished to give you...my answer. If we could...talk?"
"We should go to the hot tub!" Jester hummed from where she was TOTALLY not swiping a treat already and TOTALLY not talking while she ate it "We're all really dirty and stuff so it would be good to relax and wash off and stuff!"
Essek thought then nodded a bit, listening to them chatter then following them to it once he'd hung his mantle up so it wouldn't get wrinkled. He noticed Fjord and Yasha and Beau were already undressed and in the water...he couldn't tell if they were fully naked or not through the steam, but either way he ended up blushing again. Even more when Jester suddenly canon-balled into the water with them, making Fjord yelp but making Beau and Yasha laugh and smile respectively.
He sat near the edge of the tub, thinking then taking his shoes and robes off at least so he'd be more comfortable, leaving him in just his under layers as he dipped his feet in. He could feel some eyes on him but he didn't look up, out of nervousness or embarrassment or something else he couldn't say.
"...So...what did you wanna talk about?" Veth asked from where she was lounging near Caleb, basically treating the room as a sauna rather than getting in the water "Jester said something like...'oh my god you guys he misses us so much and he wants to talk to us so bad'" Essek was slightly amazed at the way Veth's voiced mixed with her attempt at Jester's accent...it was...discordant to say the least "So I assume that means you wanted to talk about something or other"
"Ah...well...I did...miss you all, though I didn't say as much at the time..." Essek admitted "I...wanted to give you all my answer"
That had everyone's attention...though Fjord did end up looking confused for a moment, questioning Beau with a whispered "Answer about what?" Before realizing on his own and coughing in an attempt to hide his embarrassment and appear smooth. They waited patiently while Essek squirmed a bit under the attention. Something about these people just made him lose all the social grace and masks he'd honed over the years.
"I...yes. My answer is yes..." Essek managed to speak clearly, if quietly "I would love to...join you. If the offer still stands." There was a pause then suddenly they were all chattering at once.
"Of course of course!"
"We wouldn't just drop it without telling you man"
"I'm just glad he won't take up too much space in the bed"
"I just hope he doesn't snore like Caduceus"
"I don't snore"
"Yes you do"
Essek looked between them all, feeling a little overwhelmed then pausing when a soft, accented voice asked "May I kiss you?" He turned to look at Caleb, hesitating a moment then nodding, watching as the other wizard moved over and leaned up out of the water while Essek moved forward to meet him, the two hesitating again then kissing softly, both blushing and trying hard to ignore some catcalls and cheers from CERTAIN individuals.
The rest of the night was something of a blur. He'd gotten dragged into the water fully by Jester's surprisingly strong arms. She'd wrapped around him and kissed him breathless, doing the same to Beau right after...which ended up being a touch dangerous. Yasha ended up having to hold her waist to keep her from sinking into the water. Fjord was her next victim but Veth got a firm grip on him from the start. No one was drowning on her watch, no sir.
After the bath he knew they'd had dinner. He remembered them all eating in the living room though, curled up together on a mountain of cushions and pillows, everyone settling together and enjoying the warmth and comfort.
He remembered kissing Fjord that night...and liking the feeling of his tusks while they moved together. Fjord had worried about hurting him or that it would just be generally uncomfortable but he enjoyed it very much and said as much...which the others emphatically agreed with "You only stabbed me in the gums with 'em once Fjord, you were that worried about it?" Veth had snorted in amusement.
He didn't entirely remember going to bed but he enjoyed sleeping curled up among everyone...there wasn't really room to move but it was nice. He hadn't even tranced, he'd genuinely slept and relaxed with everyone.
One thing he did remember was that he didn't actually SLEEP with any of them. He'd been surprised by that, thinking it was normal even if he'd been wary. But he'd actually been glad in the end. They just got to enjoy each other's company. He supposed he shouldn't have been surprised, the Nein were the embodiment of chaos, they never did anything in the 'standard' way.
It was part of what he loved about them. When he woke up that morning he just smiled and settled in...he didn't need to sleep more than he had...but he was enjoying just being with them like this...and he wanted to be like this for the rest of his life, as long as he could possibly have with them.
