This community is open to all fans of Critical Role no matter what your preference for pairing may be. You do not have to join the community: you can either watch it or just track the post. Anon commenting will always be on, and IP tracking will be off. So feel free to stay anon if it makes you more comfortable.

What is a Kink Meme?
It's pretty simple. You post a prompt and your fellow fans get inspired and write fic based on that prompt. As it is a "kink" meme, a great deal of fic will be of the smutty variety, so if you aren't into that or not of a porn-reading age, this place won't be for you. Not all fic has to be smutty, but it does have to be kinky.

Clarification: This is a kink meme, therefore prompts must be kink-based. It is not a general prompting/headcanons meme. There have been a couple of people confused by that, so we're just making it extra clear.

Please only post one prompt per comment so to avoid any confusion.

How do I prompt?
Post each prompt as a new comment to the main post. Include pairing (or threesome or more if that's your thing) and anything else you want to add. You should put, at the very least, the pairing in the subject line along with a specific kink if it applies. You can put the whole prompt in the subject if it will fit, but if it doesn't, use the comments. For example:

Go for it! You don't have to claim it, and fills can be written by more than one person. Once you've finished you must post it as a response to the original comment. So, what with Fjord's patron and all that business, I couldn't help but imagine some of this since I'm also still a bit in love with that movie. It doesn't have to follow all too closely the plot of the movie, if you just want to take the premise of it. Maybe Caleb has selective mutism instead. Maybe it's still in the very fantastical DnD sort of realm instead of the movie's. Maybe the Caleb as a warmage headcanon plays a part, and he's supposed to be guarding the specimen (Fjord) or he's so smart they brought him to study. I only ask that it does have a happy ending. I'm not looking to have my heart completely shattered by porn today, though angst leading up to the happy ending is fine if it ends up a longer fic or some such.

i'd like to see something where molly gradually ups the ante, not realising that what he's doing is wrong. caleb, socially awkward and accustomed to homelessness and imprisonment, just kind of goes with it?? like sure, he wishes molly would stop and it's clear that molly knows that it's making him uncomfortable, but at the same time, caleb's got more money than his parents ever dreamed of. he's warm, his stomach is full most of the time, and he has 6 people watching his back in combat now. who cares if molly wants to push him up against walls, force him to make eye contact with him, or touch him in ways that make him sick to his stomach. it's a price he's willing to pay.

i'd prefer the focus to be on caleb, but i wouldn't mind some speculation into what tf happened in molly's past to make him think it's okay to physically/sexually intimidate people he's on good terms with in order to modify their behaviour. don't excuse his actions though, please.

Caleb's got layers of trauma and issues that make him a hard read in many ways; his dynamic is one of them. Maybe he's an alpha who has been surviving by falling back on imitated omega submission in the face of abuse so long that it's second nature now, maybe he's omega fronting as desperately as he can as alpha to keep others away from him and/or Nott.

Either way, he's not what the group first think he is (possibly with the aid of subtle magic), and keeping up the pretense when someone shows an interest gets very complicated, particularly if there are some internalised stereotypes/prejudices involved

I'd honestly just love to see anything with the two of them. What it says on the tin - any situation where Caleb (and the rest of the Nein?) are put under Geas with the sole instruction be to fuck each other. Maybe they're trapped in a labyrinth and they all have to find each other and have sex before time runs out! While this prompt is based on elements of characterization and dynamic that were present well before episode 19. and doesn't include any textual spoilers, watching the episode will probably give you a better idea where it's all coming from.

Nott and Molly try to reconcile their conflicting views on bodies, identities, and also sex & gender while we're at it.

It starts with arguments, but somehow devolves into him arranging a series of private "performances" for her benefit, where he tries to illustrate his points with a variety of activities involving a variety of partners.

For the purposes of this prompt, Nott has reached age of consent for her species. She doesn't engage in sex because of body dysphoria, but she enjoys watching others engage in it.

I would dearly love to see a wide array of genders and body types, (and D&D species), as well as kinks.
