Welcome to the kink meme for Critical Role!
This community is open to all fans of Critical Role no matter what your preference for pairing may be. You do not have to join the community: you can either watch it or just track the post. Anon commenting will always be on, and IP tracking will be off. So feel free to stay anon if it makes you more comfortable.
What is a Kink Meme?
It's pretty simple. You post a prompt and your fellow fans get inspired and write fic based on that prompt. As it is a "kink" meme, a great deal of fic will be of the smutty variety, so if you aren't into that or not of a porn-reading age, this place won't be for you. Not all fic has to be smutty, but it does have to be kinky.
Clarification: This is a kink meme, therefore prompts must be kink-based. It is not a general prompting/headcanons meme. There have been a couple of people confused by that, so we're just making it extra clear.
Please only post one prompt per comment so to avoid any confusion.
How do I prompt?
Post each prompt as a new comment to the main post. Include pairing (or threesome or more if that's your thing) and anything else you want to add. You should put, at the very least, the pairing in the subject line along with a specific kink if it applies. You can put the whole prompt in the subject if it will fit, but if it doesn't, use the comments. For example:
Subject line: Pike/Sarenrae, holy visitation
Body of comment: Pike gets a different kind of spiritual visitation one night.
I see a prompt I want to write! What now?
Go for it! You don't have to claim it, and fills can be written by more than one person. Once you've finished you must post it as a response to the original comment. Responses should use a subject line that includes the pairing, rating & any necessary warnings (i.e. incest, non-con, etc.). If you have titled your fic you can also include that. Also, as LJ limits the size of comments, if your fic goes into multiple comments, please note that your comment is part 1/5, part 2/5 and so on. Using the prompt above, the subject line could read:
"Holy Smitten, Pike/Sarenrae, NC-17, 1/5"

- Since we're all supposed to be adults here, let's act like it. Be respectful to your fellow posters.
- Your kink is not someone else's and their kink may not be yours. If you don't like it, don't read it. It's really that simple.
- Please no bashing of other pairings. Just like with kinks, everyone has their own flavors, and this is neither the time nor place for ship wars. This meme is meant to include the entire fandom.
- No existing-partner-bashing. Omit them if you like, or play along with the general vague CR-RPF fandom consensus that hall passes exist, just don't be a dick.
- Crossover prompts are allowed, but they must include a Critical Role cast or crew member as a main part of the prompt.
- Het, slash, femmeslash? You're all welcome here. The more the merrier!

Date: 2017-03-02 07:20 pm (UTC)I also love that they're very open about what Matt and Marisha are into, to the extent that their friends know about it and are willing to help when need be! Friends being friends is my jam. And god, they take him out in public and keep the scene going, I adooooooore it. I love the way it's affecting Matt, the way he's simultaneously into it and kinda humiliated, especially at the thought of being muzzled (which, incidentally, I would be super into, if he ends up being punished for something!) in public.
Matt kinda struggling to give into his temporary owners is so wonderful too. The way he's resisting and trying to do things his way, and is occasionally hesitant but undeniably into it... gosh, I love it. You write him as being so sweet! But oh goodness, when he does give into them... doing tricks for Laura, or walking to heel for Travis... I'm delighted. He's a good boy beneath it all!
And I adore all the accessories he has. The kennel (God, when Travis briefly shut him in it I could have died, SO GOOD), and the toys, and the collar and leash are so beautiful, and I'm so into the mentions of the leathers and the tail plugs! I would love to see more of those, if you'd be inclined. I would love to see them playing with him, too, making him fetch or whatever? Just trying to see how good and clever a boy he can be.
I really do adore this! It's all so sweet and lovely; I love their dynamic, I love that Matt is finding his way and Travis and Laura are so much more confident in comparison, and I love that they're taking charge of him even as he tries to settle into the temporary change in owners. You're spoiling me with this, you really are, thank you so much! :D

Date: 2017-03-19 08:21 pm (UTC)And gosh, I continue to adore this with all my heart. I've read and re-read this multiple times today, and want to comment on my favourite parts (beyond just ALL of it!).
I love them making him stay - I really love any time they give Matt a command like "stay" and just leave him and trust him to carry it out, like they're testing him, and finding out how good he'll be. Similarly I love the idea that were it Marisha doing this he might well be trying to push her buttons and force some attention but that he's too uncertain, and the situation is too different and too new for him to be willing to try it yet. His reticence is so sweet!
And good god, I adore all the praise they give him, both with their words and touches. Laura stroking his hair, and Travis rubbing over his back and sides to soothe him, and how he eventually relaxes into it. And even kind of drifting off on them, at the end of the chapter! It have my heart such fuzzy feelings to picture them all arranged so closely, lavishing affection and reassurance on him!
Oh goodness, I love the image of him being put in his kennel for awhile. Even as he resists - Matt trying wordlessly to plead against being crated with his eyes and Travis just thinking he's adorable and swatting him made me beam! And that Matt even LIKES being in the crate, that it makes him feel secure when he's kinda freewheeling otherwise. And focusing a little on the feeling of being spanked, knowing he deserved it! Gosh, it's all so much!
And I really adore any aspect which brings him down to beneath their level, like being made to eat from his bowl, from the floor! And then being made to stay still and being cleaned up, oh GOD, I love it SO MUCH, it's so humiliating and yet so caring at the same time, reducing him down like that! And then on top of it all, Travis picking him up to carry him, and leaving Matt clinging and curled up against him, so flushed and head spinning and so small against him! Oh god, I'm so into it, I love the differences between their body types, anything about that makes me so weak!
Oh my god, I just love it so much, and I'm so lucky you're doing this! I'm SO excited to find out their plans for the evening, I'll be checking back as often as I possibly can! Thank you, thank you! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I want you to know the third part is nearly done, now that I have summer break from classes I can finish and edit this monster, sense the third part is the largest so far. But it'll probably be out shortly! Maybe tonight or tomorrow night! So I wanted to get back in contact with you so that you could be on watch for the next part, and to see if you were still around here. Haha.
Hope you're doing well and to hear back from you soon. I've sadly had no one to chat about puppy Matt with, and chatting about what I'm writting really helps. So if you ever wanna chat, I'd appreciate it.
