Welcome to the kink meme for Critical Role!
This community is open to all fans of Critical Role no matter what your preference for pairing may be. You do not have to join the community: you can either watch it or just track the post. Anon commenting will always be on, and IP tracking will be off. So feel free to stay anon if it makes you more comfortable.
What is a Kink Meme?
It's pretty simple. You post a prompt and your fellow fans get inspired and write fic based on that prompt. As it is a "kink" meme, a great deal of fic will be of the smutty variety, so if you aren't into that or not of a porn-reading age, this place won't be for you. Not all fic has to be smutty, but it does have to be kinky.
Clarification: This is a kink meme, therefore prompts must be kink-based. It is not a general prompting/headcanons meme. There have been a couple of people confused by that, so we're just making it extra clear.
Please only post one prompt per comment so to avoid any confusion.
How do I prompt?
Post each prompt as a new comment to the main post. Include pairing (or threesome or more if that's your thing) and anything else you want to add. You should put, at the very least, the pairing in the subject line along with a specific kink if it applies. You can put the whole prompt in the subject if it will fit, but if it doesn't, use the comments. For example:
Subject line: Char1/Char2, flogging
Body of comment: Char1 has a thing for Char2's strong hands. Having seen them wield a weapon, they're wondering how well Char2 can swing their favorite bedroom toy.
I see a prompt I want to write! What now?
Go for it! You don't have to claim it, and fills can be written by more than one person. Once you've finished you must post it as a response to the original comment. Responses should use a subject line that includes the pairing, rating & any necessary warnings (i.e. incest, non-con, etc.). If you have titled your fic you can also include that. Also, as LJ limits the size of comments, if your fic goes into multiple comments, please note that your comment is part 1/5, part 2/5 and so on. Using the prompt above, the subject line could read:

Ashton does most of the ropes himself, everywhere he can reach, as Laudna sits back and watches, holding the slack where necessary. She has the face you see people get when they’re looking at art - this is mostly for the physicality of it, the being held back, the feeling of rope on skin, but Ashton knows he looks fucking incredible, and he doesn’t mind putting on a bit of a show.
She waits for him to test circulation at critical points before doing the ties that actually bind him herself; hands together behind back, legs to thighs, and the tail for the quick release left in his hand.
“Good?” she asks, tilting her head, as he adjusts to the position.
“Real fucking good,” he assures her, so she finishes the piece, sliding a smooth stone into the harness of ropes, checking to make sure it’s securely in place and won’t get knocked out by what movement he can manage even in the bondage.
Her hand moves in the telltale casting of magic, and the stones alight - both this and the solid carved dildo - with a slow, gentle rumbling vibration.
“Enjoy yourself,” Laudna trills, before ducking out of the tent, leaving Ashton alone to the vibrator.
Well, not alone; there’s the faint presence of Imogen in the back of their mind; it’s doesn’t really go both ways, she’s getting more from them than they’re getting from her, but there’s just the faintest echo, almost comforting, in a weird way.
Ashton sits on their knees, getting used to the sensation. Milo had played around some, both mechanically and magically, with vibration, but it hadn’t really been a focus. These are more intricate than anything Ashton’s used to, most obvious by the way they build slowly up to speed. Although that might just be Laudna being smooth on the controls, either way, it’s nice.
It ramps up fairly quickly after that, setting a relentless pace, and Ashton can feel their head go fuzzy, losing track of everything but how good it feels. They try and grind down on the dildo, but it’s firmly in place, doesn’t offer any more than what it’s already giving, not that it stops them from trying.
They should have tied a gag in, backups in safety be damned, because Ashton’s letting out some moans louder than they had intended, way too early too, because fuck are these some good toys. Eyes shut, head rolled back, they surrender to the sensation, letting the vibrations roll through their whole bodies in waves.
So close, everything hazy and white, and then, they stop.
Desperate for something to continue, Ashton falls to the side, down on his bedroll, trying to grind for something more, although nothing effective. In the back of his mind, he can feel kissed pressed against a neck, feels what Imogen is feeling, across the link, but it’s not enough.
Again, the vibrations start, orgasm no longer nearly as close. Ashton doesn’t stop rutting against the cloth, biting against a pillow to hold back the sounds, although none of it helps nearly as much as the vibrations. Did they come back more intense? It feels like it, although maybe they’re just more aching for it.
The ropes are still unyielding, and they feel so good, so helpless. Everything is distant and floaty except the bits that are so grounded and real, the rushing waves of pleasure so close and still not there.
He whines when the stones go still again, shaking at the absence. There are hands, running across his side - against Imogen’s sides, across her breasts, gentle, soft, teasing. The feeling of being touched without all the things that come with Ashton being touched - almost makes up for the second denial. Almost, but not quite.
After the third, Ashton loses track, it all blends together, Laudna’s slow, careful approach to Imogen and the wracking surf of vibrations growing closer but never actually to completion. He’s begging, maybe, or maybe the words are coming out muffled and garbled.

“Imogen needs quiet,” she says. “What do you need?”
He gives her a wry smile. “I need to clean myself up, before I pass out,” he says. “This was fun, though. Should do it again soon.”
“I know, right? I have ideas,” Laudna says, beautiful, maniacal grin across her face. “I brought a washcloth, but I also can cast prestidigitation.”
“Magic,” they say, “is so fucking useful.” The shadows coalesce and clean up what mess has been made both on them and on the bedroll. Ashton finishes undoing the last of the ropes. “Do you need anything?”
She hums in consideration. “No, but thank you.” She moves back over, and presses a kiss to his forehead. “You’re welcome to come join us, if you want.”
“Thanks, but no thanks,” Ashton says, not quite able to hide the grimace across his face.
“Love you,” Laudna says, and then leaves his tent again.
Love you, he thinks, across a bond that he’s not quite sure is there. Or maybe it’s Imogen who says it first, and he’s the love you in reply.
It’s all kind of fuzzy, in the best of ways.
