Matt/Marisha/Taliesin- "Work It"

(Very short, sorry, I kinda lost steam but didn't want to abandon the whole thing. Maybe I'll come back to it later?)

"God damn it," Taliesin mutters under his breath, trying to zip the skirt the rest of the way up. It had fit the last time he wore it...ten years ago, if he remembers correctly. Shit, he should've just got new clothes.

But this was a spur of the moment idea, and if he waits to do it he's not sure he'll still have the confidence. And buying weird things in public has gotten- complicated, now that there are more people who might recognize him on the street. He loves them, really, but the idea of encountering a fan while he buys himself women's clothing doesn't appeal to him.

So here he is, in Matt and Marisha's bedroom, waiting for them to get home, wearing clothes that barely fit and feeling completely ridiculous. The shirt is too tight, the fishnets are digging into his soft belly and thighs, and this stupid fucking skirt won't zip.

"Fuck!" He drops to the bed and sighs. It was a stupid idea anyway. He has no idea if Matt and Marisha would be into this even if the outfit actually fit. Maybe he still has time to figure out a different "fun surprise" for them.

He hears the front door open. "Hey, Tal," Marisha calls.

Damn it. Taliesin hurriedly tries one last time to zip the skirt, cusses at it quietly, slips into the black kitten heels that do still fit, thank god, and comes face to face with Matt at the open bedroom door.

"Oh," he says. He smoothes out the skirt as best he can. "Um, surprise."

Matt stares, looking him up and down, and Marisha appears next to him a moment later. Taliesin rubs his arm awkwardly. This was such a terrible idea. He looks so stupid. He can't believe he actually thought-

"You look really nice," Matt says. He hasn't looked away from Taliesin once, and his cheeks are turning pink.

"Damn," Marisha breathes. "No kidding."

He shifts from foot to foot, feeling intensely vulnerable. "It...doesn't fit anymore."

Matt nods, resting his hands on Taliesin's hips almost reverently. "I don't think that's a problem."
