Raishan/Conclave; noncon
Raishan's plan to betray Thordak is found out and she's punished. Can be just one of the conclave or any combination of the conclave members. Can be dragon on dragon action or disguised Ashari Raishan. (I'd love for some humanoid/dragon action tho.)
