How about something where the orcs that wanted to buy Caleb instead "borrow" him from Fjord for a smaller amount. They bring them to another location and fuck Caleb while Fjord "supervises". Fjord's kind of confused/concerned and turned on, and Caleb is at first surprised but very much a willing participant. Mild D/s and very slight dubcon because the orcs are assuming he's a slave.
