I loved how Cadeuces OBLITERATED Trent at his own dinner table in his own home in front of his own students and in my mind, Eadwulf probably thought it was super hot how someone actually put Trent in his place for once so Eadwulf does everything to protect Cadeuces from Trent's ire and wrath during dinner because he kinda fell a little bit in love with Caleb's unassuming pink firbolg friend right then and there
