hey, so--i just want you to know your writing style is absolutely stunning? today is my birthday and i can't think of a much better gift than having stumbled across this. (i don't even frequent this kink meme, usually.) that probably sounds odd, but i suppose sometimes there are pieces of writing that really, truly inspire me and remind me why i love the written word (i am an english major, ahaha). maybe being reminded via a fanfiction based on a d&d podcast is a little weird (on my part, not yours) but here we are!
all of that to say this is amazing and i am on the metaphorical edge of my seat wondering what might come next. i felt very strongly for essek and the nein reading this (and your writing really did get to me, as i found myself horrified and fearful and distressed alongside essek--but in a good way, the way that good writing is meant to make you feel that kind of empathy!)
