I want Essek to end up pregnant by Caleb. Preferably either after his first time in a long while (or ever) so there's no question whose it is. I want to see how people react to it, the Nein and also his mother and brother.
I don't imagine this being very sexual since it focuses on the after effects specifically, but if you wanna have smut that's alright too. Ideally I'd like the HOW of Essek being pregnant to be ambiguous so people can freely apply their own headcanons but I'm open to whatever. :)
