So Essek is fucking hot. That's well established...what if, when Caleb spied through Frumpkin, instead of just seeing what he did in canon, he also saw the Martinet pressuring Essek into doing...physical favors. Maybe it's established that this has been ongoing and pretty much constant while Essek is there in this mission, acting as a bedwarmer basically.
