So...pretty straightforward. Trent captures Essek somehow to use against Caleb. Up to you how it goes but I imagine two possibilities
Lighter - Icky Thong is not prepared for how ridiculously powerful this Hot Boi is and by the time rescue comes he's pretty much just chilling and waiting
Darker - Like how the Archmage's Bane managed to make Yussa helpless for that time, Ikithon is able to get Essek to such a state and decides to punish him for Bren's 'transgressions'...what that means is up to the author but I love me some darkness so go hog wild
Prefer established Caleb/Essek romance, even if it's still a bit tentative or new
Please no character death (unless it's Trent of course) but beyond that anything is fair game
