Some bad guys wanted to breed firbolgs or something and so they gave Caduceus something that basically put him in a rut reverting to his most animal nature. At first he was just nuzzling hands but it’s going to escalate to the point of pinning someone down and fucking them for several days straight if they don’t come up with a plan soon. Obviously this plan is for the three interested parties to take turns getting railed/riding the Caduceus wagon and using all manner of pick-me-ups and spells to keep on top of it. Frankly, despite the circumstances, they’re all having a great time.
