Oooooooo, this was lovely! Loved the banter between Taliesin and Matt especially. And the sorta ... introspective stuff going on with Taliesin, thinking of himself as an experiment and an outlier. Not quite sad but not quite happy either.

I really loved Amy coming in at the end, that was fantastic.

I'd like to second this comment and add that "Everything you do is worth gratitude" is a very sappy, very Matt line and goes a long way to assuage those melancholy feelings.

[Author-Anon] The introspective stuff may have kinda come from a place of personal experience to an extent, so I'm glad it came across okay. I love that you loved Amy showing up.
