Prompt: Someone's sick (not life threatening, but sick enough to be super out of it). In their delirium/nightmares/medication-induced haze/whatever plot reason you want, they confess their feelings or desires for the person caring for them. Later on when everyone is feeling better, they discuss and then act on those feelings/desires.
