just got around to watching the talks machina with Liam where he talks about the chance of Caleb going back to Trent if the meet up happened earlier in the campaign.
So hit me with a Caleb gets swept back into the fold back when they first ran into Trent (episode 18ish, after the Victory Pit). Where Trent assigns Caleb to working with Essek on studying the beacon. And maybe they plot together about killing Trent for power/revenge and taking over the world. You know, evil stuff.
